A boutique wine producer needed a simple and practical box to hold x 2 non-standard wine bottles. The box needed some presentation features plus good protection when exported.

The box also needed to be able to hold two different sized bottles at the same time.

Solution:

• We created  a hinged lid box for presentation, so no need for any tape.
• The box was run in a strong grade 4, 3mm board to give it extra protection during transit.
• The extra insert allows the box to be used with multi sized bottles, and gives extra protection when exported.

A food importer was getting freight damage when shipping their product in there imported boxes holding x 24 units per box.

Solution

• Simple solution was a redesigned box to hold x 12 units on a single layer, in a standard 3mm board.
• As the re pack was urgent, the sample was produced and approved in 60 mins, and 200 units produced for early the next day. 
• The longer run of 1000 units was produced with a longer lead time of 8 days, to ensure the per unit box cost was competitive. 
• In the future this box could be produced with a print if required.

Ocean Organics

Ocean Organics, an Organic Product manufacturer, required a branded “gift pack” to hold and display 3 bottles that had an organic natural feel to match the product inside. Definitely an easy project with the already "organic looking" features of cardboard. We just added some unique features to keep things classy.

The de Lautour Distillery

How do you get a branded, wooden box without costly expenses? For The de Lautour Distillery, NZ manufacturer of “Export Malt Whiskey”, we achieved this with a creative spin on the normal cardboard box which complimented their top end quality product perfectly.
